I started this journey last week. I wanted to put myself to the test and stop smoking for good!!!!! I been doing good but I’m scared once one out of these patches the cravings will come back. I have been thinking about buying the nicoderm step 2 but i dont wanna waste money on a product i dont need. Do anyone have any extra advice
