Good morning. I have been using the Nicoderm Patch for 3 days now. Im not sure if today will be any better than yesterday but Im very proud to say the patches is working. I joined a group tweet2quit thats suppose to start soon. This group was free and they also will provide more patches. Im looking forward to starting with this group. My youngest daughter isn’t feeling good so we’ll probably spend most of the day in the doctors office. Im praying this dont turn into a hospital stay for us but if it do this will be the first time I wont have to leave out for a vapor break. I never have issues not smoking when im not home because I have a vapor I was using. I want to use my vapor now with some oil that have very little nicotine but im scared of nicotine overdose.
